PrepLark

PrepLark Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Hub Builds LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we," "us"), about your use of PrepLark.

1. Who can use PrepLark

You must be at least 18 and a parent or legal guardian of each child you add. PrepLark is offered in the United States. Kids do not create accounts; you control your child's information and where their plan is sent.

2. What PrepLark does, and doesn't

PrepLark reads the school emails you forward and turns them into a daily plan for your child and updates for you.

PrepLark is a helper, not the source of truth. It can only use what's in the emails it receives. It may miss an email, misread a date, or not receive something your school never emailed. Always rely on your child's teachers and school for official dates, grades and requirements. PrepLark does not replace your school's systems, a tutor, or your own judgment.

3. Your account

Keep access to your email secure, since we sign you in with codes sent there. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for the email addresses you approve to receive your child's plan.

4. Your information

You keep ownership of everything you provide and forward. You give us permission to store, process and use it only to provide PrepLark to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to forward the emails you send us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PrepLark to forward emails that aren't about your own children's schooling, to send spam or harmful content to your PrepLark address, to try to access other families' information, or to interfere with the service.

6. Plans and payment

7. Ending your use

You can stop anytime by deleting your family in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put other families at risk. If we discontinue PrepLark, we'll give reasonable notice and delete your data.

8. Disclaimers

PrepLark is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or catch every school item.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about PrepLark is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed assignments, grades or school outcomes.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use PrepLark after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
